Nxtwpnet Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

By using the nxtwpnet.vu website and its mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. We strongly recommend reading this page in full before registering or playing any game.

Nxtwpnet operates under an internationally licensed gaming company. We are committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and player-friendly environment — and these terms are a reflection of that commitment.

To join nxtwpnet, you need to create an active account. Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. nxtwpnet reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading details.

Each person may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of our rules and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

• You must provide your real name, email address, and phone number when creating an account.
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Report any unauthorized activity on your account to support immediately.
• Sharing or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• To update your registration details, please contact support.

Nxtwpnet is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account under any circumstances. nxtwpnet may request a government-issued ID at any time to verify a user's age.

It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your country or region. nxtwpnet does not facilitate any activity that violates local laws.

You can deposit at nxtwpnet via mobile banking, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and e-wallets. Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method.

When making a deposit, ensure the payment method is registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is against nxtwpnet's policy.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500 (may vary by method).
• No additional processing fees on deposits.
• All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Nxtwpnet is not responsible for payments made using incorrect information.
• If a payment doesn't come through, contact support with your transaction ID.

Nxtwpnet offers bonuses and promotional deals from time to time. Each offer comes with its own wagering requirements, validity period, and terms of use. Please read the specific conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

If bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the bonus system is detected, nxtwpnet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and, if necessary, suspend the account.

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus balance is kept separate from your real balance.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the required wagering conditions are met.
• Nxtwpnet may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on nxtwpnet are powered by an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring completely unbiased and unpredetermined outcomes. If manipulation is proven in any game result, that result may be voided.

The use of software bots, automation tools, or any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate.
• If a technical error occurs in any game, the bets placed during that game may be voided.
• A maximum bet limit may apply for individual games.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on our servers.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing funds from nxtwpnet. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. However, KYC verification or security reviews may extend this timeframe.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are only available after wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity.
• There are no processing fees on withdrawals — though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Nxtwpnet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and prevent money laundering. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity.

KYC verification typically requires a clear photo of your national ID or passport, proof of address, and proof of your payment method.

Nxtwpnet believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We actively promote responsible gaming and support players in staying in control.

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please use our responsible gaming tools. We are always here to help.

• You can set deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.
• Set a budget before you play and stick to it.
• Don't get carried away when you win, and don't chase losses with bigger bets.
• Gaming is entertainment only — don't treat it as a source of income.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support, and the process will be completed promptly. Please withdraw any verified balance before closing your account.

Nxtwpnet may suspend or close your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• If fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity is proven.
• If registration is completed using a false identity or incorrect information.
• If evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity is found.
• If you are a minor or accessing from a restricted region.

Nxtwpnet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance by email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed.
